Whois Privacy Protection in Shared Hosting
You can quickly enable Whois Privacy Protection for any domain name that you have registered through our company if you have a shared hosting account with us. This can be accomplished through the same Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you administer the web hosting account, so you will not need to log in and out of different platforms. In the same section where all your registered domain names will be displayed, there will be an “Whois Privacy Protection” icon for each and every domain name whose extension supports the service. The status of that icon will quickly let you know if the Whois Privacy Protection service is activated for a certain domain name or not and by clicking that icon you can enable the service in case you have not done so upon registration. You will also be able to renew or to deactivate the Whois Privacy Protection service for any domain name using the exact same icon and the update will take effect momentarily.
Whois Privacy Protection in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company and you register a domain name under it, you can activate our Whois Privacy Protection service easily. This requires only a few clicks of the mouse in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Registered Domains section, through which you manage everything related to your semi-dedicated web hosting account. This is the place where you can see all your registered domain names and for each one of them you’ll find an “Whois Privacy Protection” sign, using which you can activate, renew or disable the Whois Privacy Protection service. Of course, this can be done only with generic and country-code Top-Level Domain extensions that are Whois Privacy Protection-eligible and you’ll be able to see this in advance, so you won’t end up paying for a service that we can’t provide.
